Ma Tatie provides a digital space where families and Taties can organize childcare, chat and follow useful steps.

Accessing the website and app implies acceptance of these terms. They may be adapted as the service evolves.

Service purpose

Ma Tatie helps parents and Taties organize childcare, follow applications and keep useful conversations in one place.

The platform facilitates connection and tracking without replacing users' legal or reporting obligations.

Intermediation and responsibilities

Ma Tatie provides a connection and intermediation service. The childcare contract is concluded directly between the requester and the Tatie. Ma Tatie is not the Tatie’s employer, the childcare provider, or the child’s legal representative, and holds no parental authority.

The parent or legal representative retains their authority and obligations. The Tatie is responsible for performing the childcare service they accept. Each party remains responsible for their social, tax, reporting and professional obligations.

Ma Tatie remains responsible for operating its own platform service and for its own legal obligations, including operation, security, payments, personal data, information, moderation and compliance.

User account

Each user creates an account with a valid email address. Login uses a temporary code sent by email.

Entered information must be accurate, kept up to date and must not be used to impersonate a third party.

Capacity and minimum age

Service use depends on the country rules attached to the account. Minors must have the required authorizations for their situation.

Parent and Tatie roles

An account can be used as Parent or Tatie according to the selected role. Available actions depend on role, first account steps and requested verifications.

Identity, address, phone or document checks may be required before some actions.

Published content

Each user remains responsible for information, messages, documents, photos and listings they submit. Illegal, misleading, discriminatory or child-safety-risk content is forbidden.

Safety and meetings

Users must perform useful checks before any childcare service and organize interactions carefully. Ma Tatie provides tracking, reporting and support tools.

Payments, balance and payouts

Payments, refunds, balance credits and payouts are processed according to the rules displayed in the app and the statuses of the related bookings.

Moderation and suspension

Ma Tatie may block content, suspend an account or limit an action in case of risk, abuse, dispute or breach of the rules.

Personal data

Personal data is used to provide the service, secure access, manage checks and answer support requests.

Terms updates

These terms may be updated. In case of disagreement, the user may request account closure when ongoing obligations allow it.
